IRS Pub 4942 contains the training, practice problems with answers and the Test and Retests for both HSA and COD.  I have found it helpful to download the forms 8889 and 982 and the instructions for the 8889.  Also your new Pub 4012 has 3 pages of decision trees and instructions on COD with separate pages on Forclosure without debt forgiveness, forclosure with debt forgiveness including a workout and credit card forgiveness of debt.  The 4012 also has instructions on HSAs.
